One day I realized something life changing when I was putting on yoga pants. Bahaha! I know, I know. Go ahead and laugh.

Guess what? It takes the SAME amount of time and effort to put on yoga pants as it does to slip on cute jeggings or skinny jeans. Say WHAT???

I know! I know! It’s bananas. Who knew that dressing up a notch doesn’t actually take much more effort? It takes the SAME time to get instant pep and self-respect!

Now, you may laugh, but I want to encourage you that looking great = feeling great. My grandmother has told me this for years while I rolled my eyes. But who knew, Gram was right. I promise you. Looking YOUR best does not have to be difficult or a big production.

Now before you go throwing your favorite sweat pants at me…I have come up with a S W A P list! Holla! Because putting on a pair cute distressed skinnies is no more work than pulling on yoga pants! And think about it, they both go with similar tops and shoes…YOU CAN DO IT. And you deserve to look and feel good!
